A typical compliance review will take approximately two hours and ensure your SDS:
- Is correctly formatted
- Contains the correct:
- Classifications
- GHS Localizations
- Occupational Exposure Limits (OELs)
- Listed or Not Listed Status on local inventories
- Technical accuracy
- Readability
- Consistent terminology
SDS regulatory compliance reviews are completed as a joint effort between GLTaC and the regulatory Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
GLTaC is now able to offer consumer product label regulatory compliance review along with your label translation request. A typical compliance review will take approximately two and a half hours and ensure your product label:
- Is correctly formatted
- Contains all the required data
- Able to meet all consumer product label regulatory requirements for the country of the target language1.
